We are thrilled that you are considering us as the parents for your baby. We anxiously wait for the day that we can became parents again through adoption. We have always wanted more than one child and Brody is excited to be a “big brother”.
We believe it’s our responsibility as parents to give your child strong educational, moral and emotional support. It is our hope that this foundation will enable him or her to make good decisions throughout life.

Dear Birth Mother,
We will do everything in our power to nurture, love and guide your child through a happy and fulfilling life, as we encourage his or her natural talents and abilities. Also your child will have the love and support of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a big brother who cannot wait to welcome this new baby into our family.
Your child will always know of your love for him or her and our gratitude to you for giving us the gift of another child. We welcome talking to you and meeting you and would always be open to sharing letters and pictures with you over the years. We wish you peace as you make your decision.
About Our Family
Hi, we are Brett and Laurette. Thank you for letting us tell you a little about ourselves. We respect you and admire your courage to plan for your baby’s best future. Raising a family has been a dream of ours for as long as we have been together. We always considered adoption as a way to grow our family, and we adopted our son, Brody in 2004.
We first met several years ago during the Thanksgiving holiday. Brett’s sister and Laurette worked together and his sister mentioned to Laurette that she would like for Laurette to meet her brother. We met when Brett came to his sister’s home for a visit and there was an immediate attraction between us.
Our relationship quickly evolved into something even more special. We married a year later and have been best friends ever since. We have a very open and honest relationship. We support one another and are respectful of each other’s feelings.
We enjoy individuals as well as shared interests. Brett’s main interest is making home improvements. Laurette enjoys cooking, entertaining and shopping. Many of our common interests include NASCAR, local racing, hockey, football, baseball and spending time with friends and family. We also enjoy weekend getaways and hosting events and holiday at our home but our favorite is spending time with our son Brody.
